The prospect of turning 17 seemed so far fetched. Ahhh, and it is just one more year! Then, it seemed really cool to be 17. But, it really feels quite scary, isn't it? Being 16, according to hanquan's brother, you are normal to have sexual intercourse cause it's legal! In America, kids at my age have cars already! Super cool but that kind of lifestyle would make me feel uber old :(((
Anyway, happy lunar new year everybody! I've been reading chicken soup for the soul these few days and I wanna buy more at popular. I doubt popular would be opened though. Sobs!!! Ahhh I don't want school to start! School's fine but not CCA D:
Haziq praised me for doing a 'good job' for the aar. Seriously?! Good job? Whoa! That was totally unexpected! I expected myself to redo it blah blah blah!!! Yeah man finally I can be a programme staff! Woohoo! :D
May the dragon year not be a blazing hot year but a year full of warmth, love where people as malicious as Kim Jong un will also share joy and benevolence :p

Today was our ROD. I was pretty early so I didn't expect myself to end up being late. Sometimes I get annoyed by each of the 2 awesomely divided cliques and sometimes I am not and I can't help being so. I really don't mean to and I really wish you guys won't be so against each other. Geez.
Lk has been very affected by the truncated time slot that we were given. He even wrote using a commendable command of vocabulary in his email. I'm a little kid but there's still stuff I can do right??? HMMMM. Hardly is there anyway to extend the campfire and I don't think there is a need to
fight over a longer time slot, really. I'm planning to remove 3 songs and 1 game to reduce the time. The emcees and gms are actually rather well rehearsed. Now I need to ensure that the classes are out on time. I often find the classes walking slowly to and fro during their turn so I think one scout or one guide can be allocated to each class (probably from the ushers/bouncers list) to hurry the classes so as to save time.
I am sooooooooo soooo dying for fame LOL... I wrote to ST forum so on 1 January 2012 I am SOOO buying the newspaper. Hope I see my name out there YAY! Lala. I kinda criticised yet complimented SG. Put me on that grey waste paper.........!!!

的确，当你在世上有了一切的一切，您怎能记得珍惜，怎能记得饮水思源呢？
无论下着滂沱大雨抑或太阳无慈地仰照着大地，冷漠无情的我们已经对身边发生的事都麻木了。最近在中国发生的意外造成了微小的月月离开了人间。大家都知道，死亡是无可避免的。我也知道，其实大家早死还是晚死都会面临一样的命运。不过，为何大家对月月的死亡感到深有好奇呢？我认为有三种原因：首先，那些“八卦”派一旦听到有趣的新闻就会盲目地跟着大家追新闻。我觉得他们都是由如今快速发达社会的风俗所造成了这些人死板的看法，观点及言行举止。若要改善他们在社会上的定位而不只是单单成为“八卦”派得以部分，我觉得应该从学习做起。由于我国竞争非常强，学校最多在课外时说说经济，时世等，而不会关心到学生们的教育品德。因为学生们在这样的学习环境中都不懂得如何体现出关怀活动的道德上的知识，他们也因而对类似的事件会抱着无奈的态度看待时间。有些学生们或许为了考试就会追新闻。如今，考试不只考华文基础多深，也考了世事了解有多深。因此，为了未雨绸缪保证自己知道考试题目，他们就追了这些轰动的新闻。虽然这些新闻都发人深省，也打动人心，这些学生们已经很实际的只顾着死记硬背，唯一的目标是把凡是为考试好的东西搞好。其次，许多人只因为怜悯而关注此新闻。最后，有些人也许有类似的经验。

Gah, I'm so pissed.
Person 1: Wah I cannot stand your voice. So disgusting, really. When I tell you instructions, you go "orh, orh... Okay. Sorry." Then when you give me your edited work, it's like crabby patty. Whoa. Thanks for your quality work. :)
Person 2: If you don't want people to see your points in your work, then why do you send those points in your work and say, "ignore this"? That alone, is the most sensible thing to do! Hooray!
Person 3: You have annoyed me for the longest time possible. AHHH! You are mad!!!
Person 4: Please stop being a martyr, then a hypocrite, then a total flirt. It's driving me insane!

Strangely, these are ALL girls. Haha. It's either I LOVE BOYS or I HATE GIRLS or I'M BIASED or GIRLS HAVE THE BEST ATTITUDES. LOL.
Actually, there are awesome people in my life too. Life's a zero sum game so, with these insane people, I have even more awesome people by my side. Actually, is life really a zero sum game? Maybe. I do not think that right now, at this very moment, it is a zero sum game, but rather it spans for a period of time. Using simple illustrations...
When you go for a camp...
(+) become more experienced as a leader
(+) get away from family
(-) become tanned
(-) hours and hours of your life whiz by and you cannot study
haha. You get a zero sum. Yay.

I'm so infuriated. How can people be so heartless? She's such a small toddler, so fragile. Hello? Some people have eyes sharp enough to pick up a 5-cent coin on the road and now these 18 people are actually BLIND enough to not see her lying on the road with blood strewn all over on the floor? Are they crazy? If I ever see any of the 18 people when I go to China next month, I'm going to counsel them! URGH!

Went to school AGAIN for AMC, iCode competition discussion and to stick posters for the Math Open House. :) I went to Lot 1 with Mavis for lunch and arrived fashionably late for discussion because I wanted to give some time to Kaung Set and Elliott to play Mouse Hunt (haha, excuse excuse!!)
